Course Summary

Duration: 6 months, 5 hours lectures per week

Course objectives:
After the training, the student must be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge and attitude in:
1. Provide housekeeping request to the guests
2. Clean and prepare rooms for incoming guests
3. Provide valet/butler service
4. Laundry linen and guest clothes
5. Deal with/Handle intoxicated guests
